The key to working out regularly is making it a habit, not just relying on motivation (because motivation will disappear). Start by setting small, realistic goals—if you’re new, commit to just 10 minutes a day. Track progress, even small wins, to stay motivated. Most importantly, find an activity you actually enjoy. If you hate running, don’t run. Try swimming, dancing, weightlifting—anything that makes you feel good. Having an accountability partner also helps tremendously—whether it’s a gym buddy, a trainer, or just someone who texts “GET UP AND MOVE” when you start making excuses. Consistency is what matters, even if it’s imperfect.
